GENERAL NOTES

Capacity: The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 adults + 1 child.

Number of guests: The daily rate may vary depending on the number of guests. Please select the correct number of people when booking to ensure accurate pricing.

Pet policy: We accept small dogs (1 per booking, no cats), with prior notice and an additional fee. Just select the option when booking, and the amount will be adjusted automatically.

Transfers and tours: For those needing transportation to airports or tourist attractions, we have professional drivers to recommend.

Flexibility: Whenever possible, we offer flexible Check-in and Check-out times at no additional cost, provided there are no other bookings arriving or departing on the same day.

IN-PERSON CHECK-IN

As the building does not have a concierge, we personally welcome all guests with pleasure until 7 PM at no additional cost.

For Check-in after 7 PM:

- From 7 PM to 9 PM: Additional fee of R$50.00. - From 9 PM to midnight: Additional fee of R$100.00. (The fees are not cumulative and will be informed in advance.)

- Early Check-in and Late Check-out: If you wish to guarantee different times in advance, we can negotiate an additional fee.

ACCESS TO THE SPACE

- The apartment has been set up and equipped exclusively for guests, and receiving visitors is prohibited.

- As this is a residential condominium, it is essential that all guests comply with the condominium rules to avoid inconveniences to neighbors and fines.

- Fines issued by the condominium, especially related to parking spaces, will be the guest’s responsibility to pay.
